    I joined Subway 13 years ago, as a Part-Time Sandwich Artist. Subway was new in Singapore then. I met a lot of nice people and picked up the courage to socialise. After my College, went into a regular office job sitting in front of the desk. Realise it wasn’t my interest. Gave Subway a go again and they are still giving me a remarkable experience and learning journey even till this very moment. Currently I am managing 9 stores under my Franchisee. You get to experience and learn about how multi-unit works and the skills you learn from it. Multi-Tasking is one key in the role, which trains you to analyse from many different angles. Looking into improving the sales of the individual stores, promotions you can come up with. There is always a role for everybody in Subway from Sandwich artiste to manager and franchise owner. More
